Welcome to the Matrescence Revolution!
Our September 2026 Training is delivered over three core modules, including:
- Part one includes 3 modules covering the history, theory, and implications of Matrescence for mothers today as well as an introduction to the Mama Rising formula of support.
- Part two includes 7 modules covering each individual step included in the Mama Rising coaching framework. You will get a chance to work on understanding your own Matrescence journey by working through these steps for yourself.
- Part three introduces the different ways in which the Mama Rising facilitator can incorporate the teachings into one-on-one and group work, as well as ICF-recognised coaching skills and practice. It includes pre-recorded lessons and interviews with professional coach guest speakers as well as coaching calls during which you are invited to practice your skills.
You will also be offered the chance to choose ONE of our 4 electives (as part of your enrolment fee):
- Trauma-aware Matrescence Coaching and Support;
- Relationships and How to Thrive in Partnership as Parents;
- Making the Invisible Visible - Workplace Training and Coaching;
- Communicating to and Connecting with Your People - marketing and sales copy coaching and feedback.
Upon successful completion, you will be a Certified Mama Rising Coach and Facilitator, able to provide support, coaching, training, workshops and events on Matrescence, as well as general life coaching skills.
Terms and Conditions:
If the student cannot participate in the September 2026 training, the payment plan and remaining payments is transferrable to our March 2026 intake.
This extended payment plan locks in the Early Enrolment Discount of $500AU from the total fees.
If the student wishes to transfer to the March 2027 intake or withdraw all together, it is their responsibility to contact the Mama Rising team.
If no contact from the student has been received by the 1st of August 2026, it will be assumed enrolment is confirmed and the student is committed to paying the outstanding amount of the training as per their selection.

Here’s how it works:
Participate in the first 2 weeks of the training from the start of the live date, and if after two weeks (a live training and a live call), you do not feel the training is right for you, send us an email.
We’ll ask for your completed coursework, as well as ensure you’ve watched and completed the training so far. Once we receive and review all of the information, and believe our conditions have been met and you've given the training a fair chance, we will provide a full refund of fees paid to date, minus a $897 administration fee.
This administration fee is to acknowledge the time taken to prepare you for success, as well as connecting you with your coaching buddy.
As our training has limited places available each intake, this fee also acknowledges that another student was unable to take the course and we can not reallocate your place once the training has begun.
Please note the refund policy dates. The final day to request a full refund is 14 days after the start of the program.
